With each generation, leaders ponder how to motivate them. How are Gen X’ers different? How do Millennials think? And the answer is always the same. Care about your people, teach them and train them to grow in their career. You desired that, your parents desired that, and your children desire it. We all want to do our best and need someone who is ahead of us to guide the way. The current generation of Millennials is no different. They may know technology and desire their voice to be heard, but they simply want a chance to prove their abilities and further their careers. I’ll bet you may have wanted that too.
