It is easy to become complacent. You are a manager going in many directions, balancing a schedule and project lists while trying to lead your team. Isn’t that enough to expect from one person? It may be if you are a manager, but if you aspire to be a leader others want to follow it’s time to start challenging the status quo. Leaders don’t settle for same old, same old. They are always seeking improved performance, which translates into improved results.
